The 2025 Leadership Team includes a number of people who have been active in our congregation for a number of years. Each year the members of the church nominate people to serve in these roles, and the current Leadership Team selects people from the nominations. Terms are overlapping, and last for two years.

Our Elders and Leadership Team provide direction and manage church business.

Our Elders this year are Celeste Miller and Jim Mellinger. They provide pastoral support and ensure that the congregation's spiritual needs are being addressed. They meet semi-weekly.
Our Leadership Team handles the logistics of running our organization. The team includes Pastor John Garland, plus the people pictured above. From left to right, they are Blanca Montes-Hernandez (Secretary), Mitzi Moore (Treasurer), John Blatz (Chair), Pat Barnett and Harry Miller. This team meets monthly.
In addition to these teams, our church has a robust set of committees that serve certain functions. Our Hospitality Team focuses on the "joyful and welcoming" part of our mission statement. The Peace and Justice Team strategizes on ways we can "do justice." Our La Casa Ministry Team helps us work towards "loving mercy." Our Community of Hope trained lay leaders help us to "walk humbly with God."
